What do you do to be as sustainable as possible?
We strive to make every part of our production and delivery process as environmentally friendly as possible. This means, for example, that we only produce once you place an order. If you'd like to learn more about our efforts, check out our Sustainable & Ethical or Certificates & More posts.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship almost everywhere in the EU and UK. However, customs duties may apply for certain amounts. These are not included in our costs. In Germany and the EU, however, this should only affect orders of our Active Shirts valued at over €180.
How long does it take for orders to be delivered?
Shipping depends on your location. An order to Germany is usually faster, otherwise shipping typically takes 7-14 days.
Why does delivery take so long?
All goods will only be printed after you have placed the order. We do not hold any inventory to avoid waste due to overproduction. We try to make the entire process as sustainable as possible.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free for orders over a certain amount; a small fee applies prior to that. For orders within Germany, deliveries are free for orders over €50. For other EU countries, deliveries are free for orders over €75.
Why do I have to be careful when ordering over a certain value?
Our sports T-shirts made from recycled polyester are printed by our partner in the UK, which means customs duties are due for orders over a certain value and delivery is delayed.
To prevent this, you should not order our active shirts for more than €180 in one order.
Where can I view the status of my order?
If you've created an account, you can view the status of your order there. If you haven't created an account, we'll send you your order number via email.
How long can I return products?
You can send us the goods within 14 days of receipt without specifying
send back for reasons. The goods must still be unworn (except for trying on)
and must be returned in the original packaging.
Are returns free?
No, returns are not free. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs yourself. So think carefully about what you want to order, so you're not only doing something good for your wallet, but also for the environment.
Why are your return conditions so strict?
We want to avoid a lot of goods being ordered again and again without thinking
is sent back. We are against fast fashion and the trends that
go along with it. Ordering a lot of goods and sending a lot back is
not sustainable.
